先别签。早期报价往往出现在伤情完全显现之前，而签署和解书（release）通常意味着永久放弃后续追偿——包括之后才发现的治疗需求。合理的顺序是：治疗告一段落、损失基本清楚后，再评估报价是否覆盖全部类别。签字前做一次免费评估，没有任何义务。
