通常适用。机动车司机的责任险同样覆盖其对骑行者造成的伤害；此外您自己汽车保单中的 UM/UIM 条款有时也适用于骑行时被撞的情形。保留头盔与车辆损坏的照片、就医记录和现场信息，然后把两边的保单都梳理一遍。
