事故后没有报警，现在还能索赔吗？
小事故私了后伤情加重的情况并不少见。

可以，但难度会高一些。警方报告是责任认定的有力证据，缺了它就更依赖现场照片、双方信息交换记录、目击者和行车记录仪。如果还在事故现场或刚离开不久，补报警仍有价值。之后尽快就医并保留记录，让医学证据补位。
